Ninja classes are a type of martial arts training that focuses on the stealthy and deceptive tactics traditionally used by the Japanese ninja. These classes typically involve a combination of physical training, such as endurance exercises and strength training, as well as mental training to develop focus, discipline, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
One of the key components of ninja classes is learning how to move quietly and efficiently. Students are taught how to climb, jump, and crawl though obstacle courses. They also learn the basics of flipping, twisting, and tumbling like a ninja.
At EXA, we provide headband stripes for each level accomplished. White, green, blue, and black are all awarded after mastering concepts such as strength, balance, coordination, speed, and agility. We offer Little Ninja’s courses for ages 3-5 years old and Ninjas courses for ages 6 and up. Ninja classes are open to both boys and girls!
